Power systems engineered from the ground up for unmanned aircraft — not adapted from consumer batteries after the fact.
Advanced battery cells already contain significant energy and power capability. The harder engineering problem is delivering more of that capability to the aircraft — through the pack, not despite it.
Blue Hawk Foundry's architecture is built around that problem: a low-resistance power path from cell to terminal, controlled thermal transport designed to delay performance-limiting derating under sustained burst loads, and a compression and retention system engineered specifically for the pouch-cell format — all co-designed together rather than optimized in isolation.
We use commercially available high-power battery cells from established suppliers rather than modifying cell chemistry ourselves. Interface-level enhancements, including carbon-based treatments, are evaluated as optional upside at the margins — not the core engineering claim.
Compliance isn't bolted on after manufacturing — it's built into the product itself. Our Agentic AI compliance layer provides continuous, automated visibility into the standards each unit is built to meet, rather than relying on a one-time certification that goes stale the moment conditions change.
Designed in Austin, Texas, with a U.S.-focused manufacturing and trusted-supply-chain strategy. Supply chain integrity isn't a compliance checkbox for us — it's central to what Section 889 and the Blue UAS Framework are designed to protect.
